Debra Masters has worked internationally to support teachers, schools and education systems to develop an evaluation mindframe – to know what works to get the best outcomes for learners.
Debra has worked with the New Zealand Ministry of Education where they developed an online formative assessment tool that is still used voluntarily by schools in New Zealand 17 years later. She has worked with government education agencies and schools across Australia and New Zealand and has a deep understanding of the issues and opportunities for education reform and school improvement. Her most recent role has been Senior Program Director with Education Services Australia where she has directed a number of Australia-wide initiatives building education opportunities for Australian educators and students.
